RETURNS & REFUNDS
We hope you will be 100% happy with your C-H-O-53 purchase. However, should there be any reason that you are not completely satisfied, you may return items for a full refund provided you meet the following criteria:
· The goods are unused and in their original packaging
· You let us know within 14 days of receiving your purchase that you wish to return the goods
· You return them to us or provide proof of postage to our head office address within 14 days from the date you receive them.
RETURNING YOUR ITEMS TO C-H-O-53
STEP 1 – CONTACT US
You must inform us of your wish to cancel your order within 14 days following the date you receive the order. The best way to inform us is by emailing hello@cho53.co.uk. Please quote your name, items you wish to return and your order number.
Please do not contact us via any Social Media Channel to cancel your order as these are not always monitored by our customer care team.
Do not return items unless you have contacted us first.
Any notice to cancel after the 14 days will not entitle you to return your goods or receive a refund.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept goods to be returned for a refund if they have been used or are in a condition other than sent to you originally.
STEP 2 – RETURNING YOUR GOODS
Please ensure the package has been sealed securely and packed to prevent damage. We would prefer these to be returned in our original shipping material if possible.

When you return your parcel, please retain your proof of postage to aid us in the unlikely event we do not receive the returned parcel.
We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.
Goods are returned to us at your own cost unless we have made alternative arrangements with you.
STEP 3 – RETURN RECEIVED BY C-H-O-53
On receipt of any returns, we will examine them and calculate the appropriate refund.
We will refund the price you paid for the goods, but not the cost of the postage you might incur to return the unwanted goods to us. we reserve the right to deduct an amount from your reimbursement if you have unnecessarily devalued the goods in any way.
STEP 4 – REFUNDING YOUR MONEY
Once the steps above have been completed, we will process your refund accordingly and let you know when this process has been completed.
Refunds will be made using the same method of original payment. We will refund the money within 14 days of receiving the goods back to us.
DAMAGED ITEMS
We try to ensure our products are as secure as possible during transit, however, as they are handmade they can be quite delicate. If any of your items arrive damaged, please email us within 3 days of receipt of your order to hello@cho53.co.uk with your order number along with a picture of the damaged item and we will endeavour to resolve it as quickly as possible.
